To enjoy and take care of Hacienda Zorita together Pet Friendly Conditions

We want you and your dog to feel welcome and for all our guests to be able to enjoy the peace, the gardens, and the spaces of the Hacienda. Therefore, during your stay, we ask that you take the following conditions into account.

One dog per Villa
  • In our Villas and Deluxe Villas, we allow one dog per accommodation, with a maximum weight of 15 kg, subject to availability.
  • Please let us know you are traveling with your dog when making your reservation. The stay has a supplement of €30 per night.
Alone in the Villa, maximum 2 hours
  • We know there will be times during your stay when your dog cannot accompany you.
  • They may remain alone in the Villa for a maximum of 2 consecutive hours, provided they can remain calm and their behavior does not affect the rest or well-being of other guests.
Outdoors, always on a leash
  • Your dog may accompany you through the permitted outdoor areas of Hacienda Zorita, always on a leash and under your supervision.
  • They may also be with you on designated outdoor terraces, always on a leash.
  • It is not permitted to leave dogs off-leash in gardens, paths, terraces, or any other spaces at the Hacienda.
Access to the restaurant
  • Dogs are not allowed inside Zorita’s Kitchen or other indoor dining spaces.
  • They may accompany you on designated outdoor terraces, provided they remain on a leash and under your supervision.
Let's take care of the Hacienda together
  • Hacienda Zorita is a natural environment that we share and want to preserve together.
  • It is essential that every owner always picks up their dog's waste anywhere on the property: gardens, paths, walking areas, terraces, and other outdoor spaces.
  • We also ask for special care regarding the cleanliness of the Villa and its furniture. Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture intended for guests.
  • If an extraordinary cleaning is necessary as a result of the pet's stay, the cost may be deducted from the deposit.
Deposit
  • Upon arrival, a deposit of €150 will be requested for the stay with a pet.
  • The deposit will be returned after checking the condition of the Villa, provided that no damage has occurred and no extraordinary cleaning is required.
  • Damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of its owner.
During your stay
  • Your dog will remain under your responsibility and supervision at all times, and you must ensure their behavior does not affect the rest and well-being of other guests.
  • Failure to comply with the admission conditions or the Pet Friendly rules may result in the early termination of the stay, in accordance with the Hacienda Zorita pet-friendly accommodation policy.
