To enjoy and take care of Hacienda Zorita together Pet Friendly Conditions
We want you and your dog to feel welcome and for all our guests to be able to enjoy the tranquility, the gardens, and the spaces of the Hacienda. That is why, during your stay, we ask you to take some conditions into account.
One dog per Villa
- In our Villas and Deluxe Villas, we allow one dog per accommodation, with a maximum weight of 25 kg, subject to availability.
- You just have to let us know that you are traveling with your dog when making the reservation. The stay has a supplement of €30 per night.
Only in the Villa, maximum 2 hours
- We know that there will be times during your stay when your dog cannot accompany you.
- It may remain alone in the Villa for a maximum of 2 consecutive hours, provided that it can stay calm and its behavior does not affect the rest of other guests.
In outdoor areas, always on a leash
- Your dog may accompany you through the permitted outdoor areas of Hacienda Zorita, always on a leash and under your supervision.
- It can also be with you on the designated outdoor terraces, always on a leash.
- Dogs are not allowed to be loose in gardens, paths, terraces, or the rest of the Hacienda's facilities.
Access to the restaurant
- Dogs cannot access the interior of Zorita’s Kitchen or other interior dining spaces.
- They can accompany you on the designated outdoor terraces, provided they remain on a leash.
Let's take care of the Hacienda together
- Hacienda Zorita is a natural environment that we all share, and we want to keep it that way.
- For this reason, it is essential that each owner always picks up their dog's waste anywhere on the estate: gardens, paths, walking areas, terraces, and other outdoor spaces.
- We also ask for special care with the cleanliness of the Villa and its furniture. Dogs may not get on beds, sofas, or other pieces of furniture intended for guests.
- In the event that the stay requires extraordinary cleaning due to the pet, the corresponding cost may be deducted from the deposit.
Deposit
- Upon arrival, a deposit of €150 will be requested for the stay with a pet.
- The deposit will be returned after checking the condition of the Villa, provided that no damage has occurred and extraordinary cleaning is not necessary.
During the stay
The dog will remain at all times under the responsibility of its owner, who must ensure its behavior and respect the rest and well-being of the other guests.
