Wine is part of the Hacienda Winery

The estate is documented for the first time in 1185.

It was the residence of Inés de Limoges, who was close to the court of Constance of Portugal and Ferdinand IV of Castile, before becoming part of the history of the Dominican Order.

In 1366, Hacienda Zorita became a monastery that welcomed friars, scholars from the University of Salamanca, and illustrious travelers.
